Mixes well, but the taste is average. Guess that’s to be expected, but I can feel the difference.

Good Packaging. Fine powder, dissolves in water easily, so easy to take. Worth a try. I was feeling tired all the time and this did the trick, not to mention my belly is going down. Only been taking this for a week. I’ll update later, but so far, so good.
